In June 2023, QMarketing was tasked with a crucial project: overhauling the digital presence of AEO Pakistan, the country’s premier IELTS testing provider. With a goal to enhance their website’s functionality, optimize their search engine presence, and ultimately increase their business results, QMarketing employed a multifaceted digital strategy. This case study demonstrates how strategic SEO, content marketing, and technical optimization significantly improved AEO Pakistan’s digital footprint and business outcomes.

Background

AEO Pakistan has been a leading provider of IELTS testing and student placement services in Pakistan. Despite their pivotal role in education and migration services, their digital presence was not reflecting their market status, primarily due to an outdated website and ineffective search engine strategies. This was impacting their visibility and user engagement negatively.

Objectives

QMarketing was brought on board to:

  • Redesign the AEO website to improve usability and aesthetic appeal.

  • Optimize website content to engage users better and convey AEO’s services.

Over a year, from June 2023 to August 2024, AEO Pakistan experienced remarkable improvements:

  • Enhanced Website Traffic: The site’s total clicks increased to 24.9K, with impressions rising to 552K, indicating a higher level of engagement and reach.
  • Improved Search Rankings: The average position in search results climbed to 18.5, with the implementation of robust SEO practices.
  • Increased Conversion Rates: The optimized site and content led to a higher conversion rate, with more users registering for tests and consultations.
  • Superior User Experience: Feedback from users highlighted the usability and functionality improvements, contributing to a lower bounce rate and higher user satisfaction.
